About Robin Hess

Robin Hess is an Associate Broker and has been licensed in real estate since 2014, but it’s been in her family far longer. She grew up in a brokerage that was started, owned, and operated by her mother in Hampton, Virginia. She spent her summers as a teenager answering lead calls and learning office operations. After majoring in Business Management and then graduating from Cecil College, she elected to get her real estate license as a natural extension of her affinity for entrepreneurship. She moved to Baltimore and began her career with Long and Foster (previously Champion Realty) in Pasadena and was eventually recruited to Berkshire Hathaway as an agent and employee of the brokerage in late 2015. Later, she was recruited to and elevated her education and experience as a Broker Associate with Monument Sotheby’s International where she learned white glove service and luxury marketing at all price points.

Robin has a strong background in many roles in both the mortgage industry and real estate- selling, firm management, mentorship, long-range business planning and recruiting. Additionally, she has experience as a buyer agent, listing agent, tenant agent, investor agent, property manager, and great success in selling new construction. However, her passion remains with her residential clients (friends and family) and helping them build a stable and sustainable financial future through investment in homeownership. 

Robin is a strong asset and her statewide relationships are a valuable resource to Boyle & Kahoe Real Estate. Together with her partners and in her capacity as Vice President of the firm, she oversees roughly 90 active agents and 4 Teams with Boyle & Kahoe Real Estate, as well as 12 agents in their Referral Brokerage. 

Robin holds a seat on the Board of Directors of the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS®, is a member of Maryland Realtors Association as well as the National Association of REALTORS® and is a secondary member of the Harford County Association of Realtors. She has reciprocity with the Coastal Association of Realtors and Historic Highlands Association of Realtors. Robin is Chair of the Legislative Committee for Greater Baltimore Board, serves on the Marketing Committee for Harford County Association, and serves on the Leadership Advisory Committee on the State Level. 

She is also a notary public and is a member of the National Association of Notaries as well as a state licensed and bonded Title Producer.

Robin is a graduate of Maryland Realtors Leadership Academy. 

Robin resides in Baltimore City with her 16 year old daughter, Lani, who attends Friends School of Baltimore and their German shepherd rescue, Billie. They are active members of their community. Robin and her daughter enjoy reading books, traveling, and live music. Lani dances ballet, plays piano, volunteers at Art with a Heart every week, and is founder of Speech Club at Friends School.
